Product Overview - ABIL B 9950 is a conditioning agent which can reduce the fading of artificial dyes in combination with cationic guar gums. It makes the hair feel soft and silky. ABIL B 9950 can also be used in facial washes where it gives a smooth and supple feel to the skin.
