Chemical Description - Cross polymer of Acrylic Acid
Product Name - Carbopol® 1382
Product Overview - Carbopol 1382 polymer is polymerised in a blend of ethyl acetate and cyclohexane solvents and can be expected to deliver the same suspending and stabilising characteristics of Carbopol 1342 polymer. Carbopol 1382 polymer ia an effective suspending and stabilising agent for use in speciality shampoos, where dandruff actives must be permanently suspended and immicible conditioning agents must be effectively stabilised. It is also an excellent thickener and light gellant for systems containing electrolytes , anionic and amphoteric surfactants and ethyl or isopropyl alcohols.Suggested applications include antidandruff shampoos, 2 in 1 conditioning shampoos, bath and shower gels, and hydroalcoholic sunscreen and fragrance gels.INCI - Acrylates/C10-C30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer
