Product Name - Carbopol® ETD 2691
Product Overview - Carbopol ETD 2691 is a lightly cross-linked polymer which is fast wetting for ease of use whilst formulating. It gives long flow characteristics to a formulation along with a relatively low viscosity. It can be used to stabilise oil-in-water emulsions, gives a sheer thinning effect to formulations so that they can be applied via a trigger spray, and allows the suspension of insoluble matter due to its high yield value. Carbopol ETD 2691 is commonly used in car care products, hard surface cleaners, laundry liquids, and polishes.
