Manufacturing
- Carefully disperse the Carbopol in the water with high shear mixing, ensuring no lumps of gel are formed.
- Add remaining ingredients of phase A to mixing vessel.
- Blend the ingredients of phase B together.
- Heat both phases to 70-80°C separately with gentle stirring.
- When both phases are at temperature and homogenous, add oil phase B to water phase A with high shear mixing e.g., Silverson.
- Mix on Silverson for 10-15 minutes, neutralise with Tela and mix for further 10 minutes.
- Transfer to paddle mixing ( turn off high shear) and slowly cool to 40°C. Add perfume and dyes as required, mix for final 20 minutes.
