Manufacturing Procedure
- Heat Phase A and B up to 75-80°C under strong mixing.
- Add Phase B in to Phase A.
- Mix for 30 minutes then homogenize at maximum speed for 3 minutes.
- Cool down under medium stirring.
- Add Phase C when temperature falls below 35°C.
Formula Specifications
- Aspect: white, bright, supple and homogeneous cream.
- Viscosity: (Brookfield LV8, Spindle 4, 12 rpm, 3mn): 20000 - 30000 mPa.s
- pH: 5.7 - 6.2
- In Vitro SPF: 18.2
