Product Overview - Stepanate SCS-40-E is used in a wide range of cleaning applications as a hydrotrope, coupling agent, and cloud point depressant. It allows materials that are usually insoluble to be incorporated into formulations. It's abilities as a coupling agent allows the manufacture of formulations with high amounts of inorganic builders. Stepanate SCS-40-E is a 40% active liquid which stable in acidic, alkaline, and chlorine containing formulations.
