Product Name - Stepanquat GA90
Product Overview - Stepanquat GA90 is a mild cationic surfactant which has good substantivity to the hair and skin. It leaves a non-tacky feeling on the hair and skin, it an effective conditioner, and can emulsify oil-in-water systems. Stepanquat GA90 can also be used as a fabric conditioner at low addition levels.
