Product Name - Varisoft EQ65
Product Overview - Varisoft EQ65 is a readily biodegradable ester quat with excellent conditioning properties similar to those of behentrimonium chloride for use in rinse-off and leave-in hair conditioners. It can also be used as a cationic emulsifier for skin care creams and lotions.
