Product Name - Versene CA
Product Overview - Versene CA is a food grade Calcium Disodium EDTA which meets the requirements of the Food Chemicals Codex. It may be used in direct food applications and is well suited to nuetral to slightly acidic pH range typical of food products. The principal fuction of Versene CA is to render inactive those trace metals having an adverse effect on the flavour, colour, clarity and shelf life of food products.
